How do I get started?
Give us a call or send us an email. We'll set up a quick call to understand your needs and we'll go from there. Or, if you prefer, we can send you a Workshop Request Form to get started.
Do you have in-person workshops?
Not right now. As of March 2020 we paused in-person workshops in response to COVID-19. But we can't wait to get started when it's safe and comfortable to do so. Please email us if you'd like us to contact you when we start in-person again.
Who runs your workshops?
We typically have at least two team members for each workshop—a business consultant from The Rockbar Group and an actor/moderator to ensure we provide solid business application balanced with creativity.
What is the process for designing a custom workshop?
We hold a consultation meeting with one of our lead consultants and an actor moderator to gain input. We’ll provide you a proposal detailing our recommended approach, timing and pricing.
Do you have online workshops?
Yes. Since March 2020 we have been developing online workshops in response to COVID-19. These workshops have delivered great value and we intend to continue offering these post-COVID.
Not all of my team members are comfortable with public speaking, would your programs work for them?
This is our specialty. First, we don’t position these as “improv-based” training. We make clear that there are a variety of ways to participate—including active listening. Our actors are trained to adjust their approach in response to how participants wish to engage.
